“Realtor,Agent, friend I wasn’t sure how to start off but Joshua is all of the above let me start from the beginning my husband and I had been renting our whole lives and let’s just say we aren’t young we are middle aged and we were starting to think the dream of owning our home would never come true well one day my niece said I know a couple of people Josh and Abraham he handles the finance part both were quite a bit younger than us so i was skeptical thinking we had worked with so many people telling us we need to do this that and the other and always wanted us to work on what we needed and then go back and try in a couple months well these two were God sent I truly believe this after years of hoping they made it happen from the beginning Joshua was so upfront and honest yet he gave us hope and honestly I had very little left at that point he was willing to show us house after house in hopes of finding the perfect home now this wasn’t just a house for us.
